The Performing Arts Programme at BESA encourages children’s natural inquisitiveness by exploring music from various times and cultures, as well as developing students’ skill in playing a range of musical instruments. Ocarinas are introduced in Year 1 and Recorders in Year 3. Piano is taught throughout the school by our private piano teacher. Music technology is taught to the older year groups. Choir is available to students beginning in Year 3.

All the children have the opportunity to perform in the winter and summer performances.

The children enjoy a range of drama opportunities leading to performance and Drama Club is a much loved activity culminating in onsite and local community performances.
