Our playground buddy scheme is just one important piece of the jigsaw of creating a peaceful and inclusive school - others are the  school council; circle time; Golden Time and Personal Social and Health Education.

Children from years 4 to 6 have take on this important role. They  help to ensure that the playground is always a happy and safe place.

The Buddies have training session and meet regularly to ensure that all is going well.

You can easily spot a buddy on the playground, because they are wearing special yellow tops.

Alongside the Buddy Scheme, we have also had two very special 'friendship stops' installed in the playground.
