POETRY WEEK

This week is Poetry week at BESA. As part of this exciting week we are pleased to welcome Mr Tony 'Longfella' Walsh from the UK.  Mr Walsh is a poet and will be working with all our students during the course of his time with us.

NEW TERM BEGINS

SPORTS DAYS

23rd June 2014

Dear Parents, On Wednesday our youngest students in EYFS and KS1 will take part in sports day - between 9am - 11am. On Thursday our older students in KS2 and 3 will participate in their sports day, again from 9am.

YEAR 6,7 and 8 SUMMER PERFORMANCE

23rd June 2014

On Wednesday evening at 7pm, be prepared to be amazed by the story of SEHEHERAZADE!  (Year 6 to 8 parents event).

YEAR 4 LEARNING ASSEMBLY

12th January 2014

Dear Parents, The Year 4 Learning Assembly will be held on Friday 17th January in the school hall.  This assembly will begin at 9:00am.

HOT DOG LUNCH DAY/NON-UNIFORM DAY

4th October 2013

Today is our FPTA Hot Dog Lunch and Non-Uniform day! 5TL for 1 hot dog and drink. 10TL for 2 hot dogs and drink. 1TL for non-uniform. Happy Non-Uniform Day everyone!

KS3 Residential

BESA Staff Fire Extinguisher Training

Every year all the staff of the school take part in fire extinguisher training.  This is an important aspect of BESA's Health & Safety Policy.  

Year 6 to Gallipoli

24th September 2013

Our intrepid Year 6 students will soon be embarking on their residential trip to Gallipoli. As part of the IPC they have been studying aspects of the First World War and will have the opportunity in Gallipoli to explore where one of the major campaigns of the war took place.
