SCHOOL CLOSED 30TH OCTOBER

Dear Parents,

This evening, Sunday 29th October, at 22.00, the President of Turkey announced the closure of pre-school, primary, secondary and high schools on Monday 30th October for a one day holiday. This was confirmed by the Minister for Education shortly afterwards.

The significance of this important national event in our host country is one which we recognise and, whilst we apologise sincerely for the late notification we are providing, BESA will therefore be closed in line with this announcement.

We look forward to welcoming the children back from their half term break on Tuesday 31st October at the usual time.
